How to add holidays to Google Calendar
On desktop, open Google Calendar and click the gear icon → Settings → "Import & export". To subscribe so updates flow in automatically, copy the ICS link address instead, then go to "Add calendar" → "From URL" and paste it. To import a one-off snapshot, download the .ics file and upload it under "Import".
How to add holidays to Apple Calendar (iPhone & Mac)
On iPhone, tap the ICS download link and choose "Add All" to put the events into Calendar. On a Mac, open the Calendar app and use File → "New Calendar Subscription…", paste the ICS link, and set auto-refresh — the holidays then update on their own.
How to add holidays to Outlook
In Outlook on the web, go to Calendar → "Add calendar" → "Subscribe from web", paste the ICS link and name the calendar. In the desktop app, use File → Open & Export → "Open Calendar" with a downloaded .ics file, or add the URL as an Internet Calendar for automatic updates.

What is the difference between the ICS, CSV and PDF files?+
ICS is the standard calendar format — import or subscribe in Google, Apple or Outlook Calendar and the holidays appear as all-day events. CSV is a plain table (date, name, type, note) for Excel, Google Sheets or HR and payroll systems. PDF is a printable A4 list of the same dates — pin it to a noticeboard or attach it to an email.
Do the China and Vietnam files include make-up workdays (调休)?+
Yes. The China and Vietnam ICS and CSV files include the make-up workdays — the weekends you are required to work around the extended breaks (e.g. Spring Festival and National Day in China, or the New Year and National Day breaks in Vietnam) — marked as their own entry type, so they are easy to spot next to the holidays.
Where does the holiday data come from?+
Official government sources: China’s State Council notices, Hong Kong’s Government Gazette, Japan’s Cabinet Office, Singapore’s Ministry of Manpower, South Korea’s Ministry of the Interior, and the US Office of Personnel Management. Each calendar page links its sources.

How often are the files updated?+
Whenever governments publish or amend official arrangements — for example China’s State Council normally announces the next year’s holiday schedule in October–November. Provisional calendars (like some 2027 data) are clearly marked on their pages and refreshed once confirmed.
