Report a date error or share an official notice

Governments publish and revise holiday calendars throughout the year. We rely on readers who spot a new gazette notice before we do.

When reporting a correction, please include:

  1. Country and year — e.g., "India gazetted holidays 2027".
  2. The holiday name and the date you believe is correct.
  3. A link to the official source — a government gazette, ministry PDF, or statutory-instrument page. Screenshots are helpful but a URL is essential.
  4. What is wrong today — the date currently shown on our page, if you can see it.

We verify every report against the primary source before changing live data. Unofficial blogs, social-media reposts, and third-party calendar sites are useful pointers but not sufficient on their own.

What we can help with

  • Confirming whether a date on our site matches the latest official notice.
  • Questions about make-up workdays, provisional years, or export file contents.
  • Licensing and attribution questions for our downloadable ICS/CSV/PDF files.

What we cannot help with

  • Individual travel bookings, visa decisions, or employer payroll disputes — please confirm important dates directly with the relevant authority.
